Minimum Driver Qualification Standards - Must have the following prior to completing online application

- Must possess a valid CDL or driver’s license from the state of residence. - Must have a minimum of 12 months of verifiable experience (both CDL and non CDL positions. Pending approval from our insurance carrier) 24 months preferred. - Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (including but not limited to FMCSR part 391). - Must have no chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the last three years. - Must pass a on the road driver evaluation. - Driving/Safety record must meet Trail End Enterprises II’ minimum requirements. - No DUI/DWI drug or alcohol convictions with in the past 5 years. - No convictions deemed serious by the DOT in the past 5 years. (see FMCSR parts 382,391, 392 and 397). - The applicant must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English, and have the ability to understand the rules, policies of Trails End Enterprises, II the Department of Transportation, and the various state and federal agencies which regulate the transportation industry. - The applicant must submit a completed application addressing each area of the form. - The applicant must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position they are applying for, with or without accommodation.
